Surrounded by palm trees, had a great time exploring the island on a bike provided by the villa, and enjoyed the relaxing spa and pool. The sunset at Sunset Point was incredible!

Oh, the pool could have used a bit more cleaning, but I guess trees and white tiles don't get along. Typical.

The villa offered a spacious room with a comfortable seating area outside. the private pool was a real treat and added to the relaxation factor of the stay. the manager and staff were warm, easy to communicate with, and genuinely concerned with our happiness during the trip.

The air conditioners in the villa were quite loud, which made it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep. the property appeared to be more pristine in the pictures than it actually was.

The villa and pool were massive and hella new. Plus, it was just a minute's stroll from the Trawangan Club, where we played tennis like bosses. And yo, the view through the palm tree field was on point. We felt like total ballers, living it up in style.

If there's one thing we would ask for, it's more lit party vibes for us young peeps. Don't get us wrong, Senang Villa was dope, but it would be sick if they had some more happening parties or events for us to turn up and have a blast.

Everything was fantastic.

We stayed at a private villa during our business trip and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always available to assist us with any requests or questions we had. The villa itself was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-maintained pool. Its location was convenient, with easy access to key areas of the island. We also appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, which allowed us to relax after a long day of work.

One aspect that we didn't particularly like was the transportation to the island. The transfer from the mainland was quite chaotic and disorganized, which made the journey stressful and unpleasant.

Khalid, the staff member, provided exceptional customer service and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasurable experience, even during power outages and after we had checked out. The villa itself was amazing, with a great pool and cool lighting in the garden and pool area, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The outdoor bathroom was a unique and enjoyable feature, allowing for showers under the stars. Khalid assisted us in arranging transportation to the airport at a cheaper price than we could find elsewhere, and he ensured a smooth departure from our new hotel. When we encountered issues with our credit card, Khalid offered to pay the restaurant bill on our behalf and waited for us to resolve the issue with the bank the following day. The overall customer service experience was unparalleled, making this stay not only recommended for its great villa and amenities but also for the amazing service provided by Khalid and the staff.

The villa's spa and outdoor pool made me feel like royalty, and the lush garden view was just heavenly. I had a blast cycling, windsurfing, and diving. Can't wait to escape again!

One drawback was the loudness of the air conditioners. the location could be a bit inconvenient, especially at night when biking back to the villa in the dark with no lights and sandy roads.

The host at Senang Private Villa was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, providing excellent assistance throughout my stay. The villa itself was clean and maintained daily, with a unique outdoor toilet that added a touch of nature. The location was perfect, offering privacy and tranquility away from the bustling party zone. The breakfast, particularly the homemade jam served with bread, was delicious. I only wish I could have stayed longer!
